Does the MP4 include sound?
The video formats offered by this service are intended to include video and audio together. Choose one of the available MP4 options on the results page.
Why can I see a quality above 2 GB?
We display the available video qualities up to 1080p so you can compare your options, including files above 2 GB. Selecting an oversized file shows a message asking you to choose a smaller quality.
Where does my downloaded file go?
Your browser saves it to your selected download location. On Android, check Downloads. On iPhone or iPad, check Downloads in the Files app. You can also open your browser’s download list.
Why do some file sizes say “About”?
Some sizes are estimates before the file is prepared. “About” distinguishes those estimates from exact sizes. The completed file can be a little larger or smaller.
What happens with audio longer than two hours?
The provider may return original audio instead of converting a long video to the selected MP3 bitrate. When the three MP3 choices report the same size for a video over two hours, we hide their sizes and explain the fallback. We preserve the provider’s filename.
Why might a YouTube download fail?
A video may be private, removed, restricted or unavailable to the processing service. A temporary provider error can also interrupt a job. Try a different public video or retry later. Our download guide explains the common errors.
Can I download Full HD 1080p video?
Yes, 1080p appears when the source video and provider offer it. Our maximum video resolution is 1080p. A file above 2 GB remains visible for reference, but you must choose a smaller file to download.
